Alesis SR-16 DVD

Dear All

I just thought I should just take a moment to extol the virtues of the ALesis CUstomer SUpport department.

I had read that Alesis has sent the SR16 tutorial DVD to customers free of charge on request.

However I was very pleasantly surprised that they posted me the DVD, all the way from Reno in the U.S. to Oxford in England, for free.

What can you say that is superb customer support and they deswerve the credit due to them.

I would like to get a copy of this dvd is there a link you can post or a web site to contact Alesis?

I've contacted Alesis to try & get a DVD tutorial.
If I don't have any luck with them, is there any chance you could copy me yours, or lend me them ?
Obviously I will pay any postage costs etc. I'm in Ilkley, in Yorkshire.
