Hi Guys,
I record an arrangement on different audiotracks in Ableton (With analog synth in arrangement view, so audio waves). Now, I used my Roland TR-8 as a midi controller. I assigned the faders from the roland tr-8 each to an individual track in Ableton, so i can change the volume of each track.
I would only like to record the midi signals of the volume, without other changes. Can somebody help me this?
What I already tried:
- Normal record
- Normal record & Midi arrangement overdub (the '+' sign)
- Normal record & Automation arm (here I can see the midi record, but it vanishes my audio wave)
So my question is: How do I record midi signals with TR-8 in Ableton Live 9 , without vanishing my audio wave?
Thank you very much in advance!
