where did the HALion reverb go?

I purchased the full blown version of Elements 7. When I try to open the HALion reverb inserts I get a pop-up telling me there's a licence issue (??)......when I click on the LICENSE tab, none of the licenses are "selectable"....the RETRY button is equally ineffective.....sometimes when I close the pop-up, the control panels for a compressor and the HALion reverb show up....both are fully functional. Mostly however, I get nothing.....I have installed the latest updates from the net and the original purchase was also DL from he Steinberg site.....what's going on here???!!!!

check your e-licenser key mark, you DID put the code in there didn't you? just checking, otherwise it won't work

Hello,

Try running the maintenance on the eLicenser Control Center.
It seems like a licensing problem.
If you ere on a PC go to Start > All Programs > eLicenser Control Center and run the maintenance.
On the Mac go to Applications > eLicenser Control Center
