Two mics-Roland Quad Capture

Has anybody tried using a dynamic mic at the same time as a condenser mic with the Roland Quad Capture Audio Interface?
I would like to experiment using both with my Guitar Amp, but worried that the Phantom power switch, (being switched on for the condenser mic) will affect the dynamic mic.
The dynamic mic uses a 1/4 jack plug, will this bypass the phantom power?

Dynamics are not affected by having phantom power supplied to them. Many ribbon mics may have issue.

Why is your dynamic using a 1/4" jack?

You will be fine either way, but please give details about your gear and setup when asking questions.

Even on an xlr, a dynamic mic does not use the pin that passes phantom power.

Use the xlr and don't worry about it.
