Roland Studio Package Pro and Sonar 2.1

Have anyone use the Roland Studio Package Pro with Cakewalk Sonar 2.1? I'm thinking about purchasing this to automate my studio and implement 5.1 mixing but I don't want to invest the money if Sonar does not support the Studio Package Pro.

Will it work with MIDI Controller Command Messages like other controllers like the Mackie Controller and Tascam USB mixer?

Help, this is a lot of clams to lay out to have something not work.

Win2K svc pk 3
Pent. III 800MHz
256 Meg RAM PC133
Motherboard - Intel i845 chipset
Delta 66 audio card
Sonar 2.1

I use the Roland VM31000 Pro studio package (is this what u r talking about??) and it runs fine with Logic 5.5. I also read that it'll run with Sonar, no prob.

As long as your sequencer supports the AUDIO CARD, everything will work.
