I would like to hear from anybody out there who is using the BR-1180 CD, pros and cons. But please don't compare it to a Korg D1600 or Yamaha 4416, that's not what I need. I'm still shopping around for a reasonable fair priced productive unit and maybe I could possibly use it in conjunction with a PC program. I've read all the info. at the Boss website. Question. Does it play back 10 tracks or 8? Do you have to wear magnifying glasses to see the screen? Is it 16 or 24 bit? Ease of use, benefits over the BR-8, you know, stuff like that. If you know of alternative DAW's in this budget range that are comparably better, that would be helpful too. Just shoppin' around, and I don't want to be a 'gearhead' and keep upgrading every 6 months or so. Thanks
