PT 7.1 to 7.4 upgrade question

Ok, this is probably a dumb question, but I can't seem to find it on Digidesign's FAQ page and I just want to make sure:

I'm going to upgrade from 7.1.1 to 7.4 soon (I'll need the full install) and I'm just wondering if I'll need to re-install all of my plug-ins: Waves, Music Production Toolkit, Sampletank...or will the new version automatically detect them, as I suspect (or just hope) it will? It's LE, btw...

you shouldn't need to reinstall
unless the plugins are not compatible with 7.4...then you'll just need to upgrade them.
