Problem installing VSTs.

Hello, I wanted to know if someone could help me install my plugins. I have tried to install the following: Trilogy instrument, Nexxus instrument samplers, and the both wont install for some reason. If anyone has any suggestions it would help! The programs are appearing in the plugin folders etc. but they wont appear in my pro-tools! Can someone please help? Versatile.

Specs:
DELL CORE 2 DUO
WIN & Ultimate 64 bit
Pro-tools HD 10
500 GB EXT SATA.
 
I don't use pro tools but are you pointing your DAW to look for the VSTs in the right folder? NB. This should be the folder directory where the VSTs files are placed. I don't know if you're on windows but on my computer they're all in C:\Program Files\VstPlugins.
