Firestudio Project and REAPER don't work!

I have a PreSonus Firestudio Project with 8 Mic/Line inputs and have Reaper installed. Everything is up to date and the inputs work (because I can hear the sounds through my speaker). However each time I arm a track using inputs 3-8 no sound will record through it!

The mixer program that comes with the software for the Firestudio (FireStudio Project) will show a reading and nothing is muted or panned away from the center. So can someone please help me?
