Problem with MCU and Cubase 5.1.0

I have been searching with no luck in finding information about initial set up with the MCU and Cubase 5.1.0.

I have MCU Pro v4.0.2. I don't know how or even where to go in Cubase to set it as the controller. At first I thought it was maybe the controller or a computer issue but then I went into Reasons and set it up and it works perfect.

So my question is, what menu and where do I say in Cubase that this MCU is the controller and what else do I need to do.

Is there a problem with this version of Cubase and the MCU?

After installing the MCU driver, (in Cubase) go to Devices>Device Setup...>click on the '+' sign at top left. Is your MCU shown there? If so select it. Then connect to it from the drop down menus on right. Then I think you have to restart Cubase.
