Will the Tascam US-1800 work with Adobe Audition 1.5 ?

Do any of you knowledgable recordists know if Adobe Audition 1.5 will work and record multitrack with the Tascam US-1800?

Audition 1.5 uses old windows MME drivers, or possibly slightly newer WDM drivers, according to the specs from TASCAM the US-1800 uses ASIO (PC or Mac), or Core Audio (Mac only) drivers, it may also use MME and WDM driver but not list them.
