I know that Syntrillium was bought out by Adobe (sucks) and love Cool Edit Pro. The only reason I wanted to try Adobe Audition was this multiband compressor and it is nice. I got to say messing around with it is not as user friendly as Cool Edit but I guess I need to work in it.
I had already recorded all my drum and effects into sessions in Cool Edit and tried to put them into Adobe Audition(cs6) and it gave me errors and wouldn't let me.
Is this possible to do without inserting every waveform? I thought about it and gave up. It would take weeks to do that.
