Installing FloorFish VST in AACS6?

I can't seem to figure out how to install FloorFish in Adobe Audition CS6 on Mac OSX? I downloaded the mac version of FloorFish and added it to the default VST folder. When I go to Audio Plugin-Manager and refresh, the plugin doesn't showup. Anybody know what I can do?
