Sonar 8.5 and Wavelab 6 issue

I've been using Wavelab 6.11 on my computer running windows 7 64 bit with an i7 processor. I've recently put my copy of Sonar 8.5 64 bit on this computer. Not to record with but to see how software would work with one another in 64 bit. I'll be buying a recoding DAW from ADK soon. Wavelab did not show up in the tools section.(which I knew would happen) I found the instructions on using regedit to edit the tools menu to get Wavelab to show up for editing. I followed the instructions and Wavelab is now listed in the tools menu. So I highlight a track in Sonar that I want to edit, go into tools, click Wavelab and the Wavelab program opens but no wave appears. Any suggests on what I might have done wrong? Thanks all

Got the answer. Wavelab 6 is 32 bit and will not work with Sonar running in 64 bit.
