HD24 hard drive accident

I go to vocational school for audio engineering and while breaking down, I turned off the HD24 without dismounting the hard drive. It wasn't recording and I turned it back on and dismounted it the right way but I'm afraid I could of still corrupted the files on the drive. So do you guys think I did?

How about powering up the unit and seeing if they're still there? That would be the first thing I'd do.

AIRK, the HD24 records in a sorta "lineal" way, with only ONE file. If you can playback the song(s,) I think you will be okay.

I would think that if the drive was not busy at the time, for example writing or backing up, there would be no problems.
