Alesis Dm6 Cable problem

Hi all,

I bought the dm6 kit a few weeks ago and i have some problems with the cables.The tom 2 and bass drum cables do not work.One week ago,it was only the bass but now tom 2 too and im sure there are going to be more problems.Does anyone have the same problem with me?If yes what did u do?

a lot of the time the pins in the proprietary cable get bent and wont make a solid connection with the control unit. the best bet it to remove the cable completely and inspect each pin, possibly even check the signal flow of the pin to the end of each 1/4" cable using a multi-meter. i have to do that from time to time when getting a new dm6 as a floor model at work.
