I've had a Zoom MRT-3b just long enough to be out of warranty but not long enough to have broken already as I've not used the thing very much. I was playing it recently and noticed that when I hit the ride cymbal, the crash cymbal plays/lights up instead. I changed the batteries out with new ones, same thing. Everything else works perfectly, and the preset patterns still have the ride cymbal playing where it's programmed to. Would it be cost-effective to try & get it repaired or just replace it? I'm thinking the replacement route is probably the best option - with that said, what rhythm machine at a similar price point is recommended?
