OK, So I have some songs on my old Fostex VF-160 that I want to transfer into Logic 7 on my Mac. I am using a MOTU 828 MkII as an audio interface.
The thing is there is quite a lot of songs I want to transfer and don't want to use the CD burner on the Fostex if I can help it. Is there any way I can transfer the data via ADAT?
This is what I've done so far and it isn't working:
Fostex to MOTU interface via ADAT light tape (Fostex out to MOTU in) then MOTU to Apple Mac via firewire.
I don't even know where to start with logic to set it up to receive the data from the ADAT.
Any help would be greatly received! (In layman's terms if possible)
