Popsicle is a brand in the US, but like Coke. it gets used generically a lot.

the simple cheap popcicle is what I talking bout. The cold mildy flavored ice reduces inflamations. Rehydrates tissues. Dilates the vessels.

Should sing much better. in the highs..worked all my life.

I'm gonna try doing some singing after a popsicle. I don't use my voice much and my vocal cords have lost the ability to hit higher nasal notes. When I go for one all I get is air.
