Thinking of a Blue condenser mic for home studio....thoughts?

I'm convinced that I need a condenser mic to record acoustic guitar and vocals for my home studio. I have a Taylor acoustic and, plugging it straight in just does it no justice at all. I don't know anything about condenser mics and, someone recommended Blue mics to me. Does anyone have any opinions about these products or have a recommendation on which one would work well for guitar and vocals? I'd like to get one that can do it all. Right now I'm looking at the Nessie and the Spark but, I'm having a hard time telling what the difference is between the two.

thanks

The Spark is a cardioid condenser mic that will require a pre-amp and phantom power. $200US.

The Nessie is a USB-powered mic really geared more toward podcasting than recording. $100US.

If you go with the Spark you are going to need an audio interface with built-in pre amps and phantom power at a minimum.
