Soundrop alternatives (free ones)?

I used Soundrop for cover songs, but they are kinda unreliable. Although I ask them something, they don't respond at all. The only reason I picked them is that they also handle the mechanical license. It's pretty hassle-free. But I stopped releasing my cover songs with them due to the reason above.
I've been happy with RouteNote and Amuse, but they don't handle the mechanical license as well.
Thus, I've been looking for the alternatives, but there are not so many options. Kami Records looks a new one, but I'm not sure if they are reliable as well.
Anybody has an idea?

Did you try SongFile? That's the Harry Fox one. The original and largest (in the US at least) cover song licenser
