I've been a loyal user of DrumCore since I first heard about it; I heard a track recorded by a friend of mine, and when he told me that the drum tracks were done using DrumCore, I was blown away.
As it turned out, the Drummer Pack that he used in DrumCore was created by a well-known studio drummer in Nashville, and a good friend of mine, named Lonnie Wilson. I know Lonnie's drumming very well, and was amazed at how DrumCore captured his feel and made it possible to stitch together a really great track.
Since that day I've bought a lot of drummer packs and use DrumCore every week; I love the Steve Gadd packs and the Bozzio packs; amazing stuff.
If you've not tried it, you owe it to yourself to take a look at DrumCore; I use it with ProTools, but it'll work with all modern DAWs (I think--I don't work for them so don't know the details of this). Customer support is first-rate; what a great company.
