Please help with my mic.

I am new to recording and I do not know how to fix this problem I am having.

I have a Uphoria UMC404HD interface with a Rode-Nt1a mic.

The only application that can hear the mic is abbleton and all other apps do not. The audio monitoring in abbleton does not work either.

I have phantom power on. The mic is in input slot 1.

Additionally I hear static every once in a while.

Any help is appreciated.
