Multiple Tracks going to one effect setup?

Whats up,
Im a noob so ill get that out of the way.
but im curious too know if there is a way i can get multiple track to go to one set of effects (just so i dont need to make individual effects with the same presents on the separate tracks)
is this called 'busing'?

Yeah. I don't think you need to watch all 7 minutes though.
