MPC 2000 8 OUTPUTS???

with the 8 outputs on the mpc you can assign each sound to differnt outputs...and have each out put go to a separate track/channel on the mixer...and you can eq each track/channel or if you have a effects processer you can add each effect to each channel/ or just one channel

Simple explanation.
Basically the 8 output expander allows for you to process your sounds on 8 separate tracks so you can process each sound differently, for example give the kick drum sound more bass with EQ, without affecting any of the other sounds.
