Hi, everyone I'm hoping you're having a good day!
My concern is, I'm currently recording an album basically, acoustic guitar, some old Casio keyboards and voice, I was recording trough a Behringer u phoria umc202hd and a C-1 condenser mic but it wasn't the sound I was looking for, now im recording directly through my Mac mic and it seems like it's the way but still it sounds too clear for me I'm basically looking for this background hum, or noise, this very low quality sound, here's an example of how I would like to sound
https://teensuicide.bandcamp.com/track/ill-get-the-car-tonight-tape
Do you know any home made method to make my recordings sound like this or should I look for some analog type or recording?
Pd: I know maybe I can get a hum noise with plug ins but that will be my last option
Thanks so much!
