I know, maybe a very standard question but I couldnt find any help on youtube: How do I take a sample in wav. form and put it through a sampler into a piano roll so that i can basically play that one sample like it is a whole instrument..i have a 808 from a drum kit thats just playin 1 note..im trying to figure out how to load it on the piano rolll so i can make a bass line with multiple notes off that one sample...ive seen producers on youtube just drag the sample into the channel rack and open the piano roll and play multiple notes off that one sample..any advice would be appreciated
