Legal Question

I was planning in some of my uppcoming songs since things are starting to get going good to put clips of movies or other songs into my beats. I was just wondering what do I need to do legally if I take a a clip of a song made in the 60's to start the begging of one of my beats.

Not trying to be rude.. but.. Go to the bookstore.. There is a lot more to this topic than most people would be willing to post.. Legal protection comes at a price... Look for music biz books... or maybe one called "This Business of Music"
