How much computing specs does one realistically need?

Can you let me know more details about this computer? I'm trying to find a used computer to buy and these "proofs" of what works are really helpful. Also, which audio interface do you use with it? Thanks.

It's an HP I got a 'refurbished' from Walmart.com - I tracked down the refurbish place they were selling from, and it was cheaper to get a 4 year extended warranty form them than the refurbish place, the computer price was the same.
I use a Focusrite Scarlett 8i6. Latency is 11msec, which isn't great but I can live with it.
