Go to the makers web site and check it out because I have no clue what the pick ups are on the equipment.

There is a volume control knob on the rear of the unit. Make sure that is turned up. The two outputs are mono. In other words they are not balanced (TRS).

Use the digital out where possible. This output level is not adjustable as I understand it.

I enjoy the "feedbacker" effect.
