hi, bumped into some problems with an 2424LV. We use 10 machines on different locations for an live entertainment product. The fostex machine is used for playing back singbacktracks and for soundcheck with prerecorded material.
1-2times a year we change the singbackmusic material just by exchanging the HD.
I just recorded new material on a new HD. Sent out the HD for replacement of the old one(same HD model).
When the technician on site changed to the new HD and starts up the machine the machine starts up but shows the message "ERROR= 01".
The technician on site then reinstalled the old HD again but then the same message shows up. and the machine doesnt respond to any commands.
Has something has happened to the OS in the machine??
Any ideas on the matter?
tried searching both google and a bunch of forums regarding the error messages but without any luck.
