Formatting wavs to upload to VF160

I have some songs that were recorded in a studio that I want to upload onto my VF160 to mix and record additional tracks.

The internal disc drive will not read my files - I have them named in the appropriate fashion (xxxxxx##.WAV) and the files are saved in the first layer of the CD. The tracks are mono, 16-bit 44.1kHz, just like the tracks that come from the VF160.

Is there anyone who does this regularly? Tips on formatting the disc? Audio CD? Data CD?

I am in a time crunch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
...solved by simply burning the cds in a different program. Toast is a good one, there are free programs that work just fine.
