file from Adobe audition to Sonar 8

hello, new register here,,, I need Help ASAP on this, am doing a demo and my friend recorded his instrument on adobe audition and i use sonar 8 due to distance he send it to me the WAV and the PF files, when i open the wav, it dosent sound the way he recorded, can i do something here like consolidate ... so i can use the PK file in sonar? any help super appreciated i have an urgency on this
