Nope...

The Palmer's designed to take your power amp output... it's essentially a dummy load to replace the speaker cabinet so that you can run your guitar amp at high levels without a cab connected, and record the results direct.

Do you know how I can accomplish this? Like Ocnor said, just get an PGA-05 or PDI-09 instead? or is there another way?
I have;
-Ibanez TBX150 amp
-Ibanez IS412C 4x12 cab
-Guitars ofc
-ENGL 530 (Going to buy)
-Palmer PGA04 (Going to buy)

I want to record some killer guitar tones. I love the sound I can get from the Engl530, and I don't want to mic up, which is why I'd like a PGA04.

Any tips? I'm a little bit new to rack stuff, preamps and this kind a stuff.

sure ..... it's a pre-amp ....... there should be a line level input on your interface or mixer. Use the Engl into that.
