Can't hear my vocals in my headphones while recording...

Ever since I upgraded from PT 7 to PT 11 I been facing issues. So I ended up giving up my digi 002. I purchased the Scarlette 2i4 interface. I switched all of the settings in Mac and PT to my new interface(Scarlette 2i4). But when recording vocals I can't hear myself in the headphones but I do get a signal in PT and I can hear the recorded vocals during playback.


Here's things I've made sure to do:
1. Made sure phantom power was turned on.
2. Settings in Mac and PT has been change to the Scarlette 2i4.
3. Change the i/o to default.

Has anyone had this same issue? Or know what to do to fix it?

Normally with an interface like that you use the Direct Monitor knob to balance between the live inputs (your vocal mic) and playback of the existing tracks.
