Bus rider blues

Everybody has gone crazy man
I saw it on the news
Some old lady crashed a party
too much

I woke up - to a horrible news
I looked - and I could not find my shoes
So I lud back in my bed and realized
I had the - bus ride blues

So i hopped down to the bus stop
and got on board the bus
made my way way back to my place
seen oh quite the fus

someone had left a brown cake
a tub of white ice cream
where my seat

so i got out my fork
and I ate the cake
some woman said
for goodnes sake
then i pulled out my copper-spoon
an proceeded to consume
that ice cream too
I dropped some crumb on my clothes
when my chin looked down
I had some cream on my toes

I got the bus rider blues
I misplaced my shoes
ride downtown
my head hung down
