You mention that Led Zeppelin released six albums as a justification of your claim that the seventies music scene was still vibrant and relevant, and you can't think off the top of your head why the youth of the time wanted a fucking change?
Give me strength.
I mention Zeppelin as an example, and because they seemed to be the band that the punks of that era most loved to hate and revile as a "spent force" and as purveyors of "dinosaur rock."
Gives me a warm glow of nostalgia to see that some things have not changed in forty years.
