New Australian law requires all partners must say ''yes''

I think we will ultimately end up where each partner will require a signed affidavit stating their clear intentions...and the affidavit will then need to be witnessed and notarized before any penetration or even casual sexual contact can occur.

Now go try that after both parties consume a few vodka tonics!

How is this "law" going to be monitored and enforced? Do you have to invite a police officer to your encounter?
