Somebody tell that woman to quit smearing her greasy fingerprints all over that incredibly expensive prototype screen.
 
I really don't get this obsession with making things thinner while making them as large as possible. You would think they would be cheap as they're cheaper to make, use less components and less materials than older TV's but they carry a price tag of more than double, usually.

As for using them as a mixing desk, it would be pretty cool but not really worth the price tag, for me anyway. I've seen others using existing touchscreens for this purpose. When they implement multi-touch control on the screens then it may be worth investing in, for some.

Did this a while back with a 24" Dell Inspiron. Works okay but takes a while to get used to the lack of tactile feedback.
