I suppose all of us have known a musician or band that "should have made it" Back when we were rocking 40 years ago...there was another local band that was right on par with VH, Motley Crue and Quiet riot ( all local and unsigned at the time)..
They just didn't get the break..
Tony the lead guitarist "kept his day job" and kept on a rockin locally here for the last 40 years and still rocks it hard...His son is all grown up and rocks it too and also totally could "be a star"..
The band was called Miraj and now he's retired from the day job and plays in about 4 different bands...
It's his birthday today and someone posted this video of one of his sons originals on facebook that he and Pops played on...thought I'd share it for the old farts here...
This one Dad plays guitar and son sings on...
They just didn't get the break..
