WTB: small mixer & oscilloscope

Hey guys, looking for a couple of things you might have laying around gathering dust. Let me know what you got.

small mixer: something with 2-4 mic pres minimum, this will be a sub-board for my mobile rig. bonuses would be battery powered and/or have an spdif output.

o-scope,. working single channel 10mhz and up,. bonuses would be dual channel 20-40mhz

Not my first choice DW,. But maybe. Got a model #? Does it work?, reasonaby tight trace? If its 5mhz I probably wouldnt pay much more than shipping,. Shoot me somemore info and your asking price w/shipping.
