I want to purchase an Alvarez MD350 with 1-3/4" nut.
In my experience, Alvarez is notorious for changing manufacturing specs without notice: I've played MD350 guitars having the 1-3/4" nut I'm seeking, and other MD350s of the same vintage having a standard 1-11/16" nut. The wider nut is only 1/16" wider, but it makes a difference to my hands.
Not everything about the MD350 suits me, but I like the 1-3/4" nut enough to overlook/overcome certain other factors.
I prefer the standard dreadnought body rather than the 'C' model (MD350C) with cutaway and electronics, but will consider either model. I want one that does not have the pick guard installed.
If you or someone you know has an MD350 in good condition and would like to sell it, please get in touch. Post here and/or PM me. I don't mind minor cosmetic damage to the back or sides (buckle rash, etc) and can accept a minor ding or scrape on the top/front, as long as it's not truly obvious.
