Studio Condensor Microphone AKG 200 Perception w/ Case, Shockmount, and Pop Filters

I suspect the picture is the problem. At first view it looks like it's rusty and nasty, and a wreck. If u look closely, it's not, but just looks like it's been in the rain for a week!
 
I can't see ebay from work - what's your starting price? I already have a 220, got it for $90 on ebay with case and shockmount.
