Yes, I am selling my Melodyne Studio 3 (actually v3.2.2.2), and the price is $250.
For the benefit of anyone who might be interested in it, but concerned over the licensing transfer, please read the following portion which was copied from an email response from a Celemony Rep:

Dear Nathan,
Thanks. We would transfer both the “Melodyne studio” version 3 and “Melodyne plugin” version 1 (which came bundled with “studio” version 3). Make sure that the installations of “Melodyne” are deactivated on each computer (should it still be installed at all) and then send me an email with the following details of the new owner:
- first and last name
- email address
- postal address
