I have a place I'm willing to share, but it has to be with the understanding that there is a lot of recording going on in the basement.
I figured the homerecording board would be a good place for this, since most of the people here would probably be very understanding, and would likely be more open to the idea of musicians coming in and out, playing in the basement and whatnot.
I have a very sweet loft in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area, two-bedroom and two parking spaces. Major Perk: Fully-functioning recording space downstairs -- free to use at your disposal as long as it's well-kept and used only after-hours.
