Hi there

I'm selling my early 40's Altec 639B in a very good condition. It was restored this year by Stewart of XAUDIA, one of the best ribbon mic specialist in Europe.
Its a great vintage ribbon mic. Sounds really good and have LOADS of character.
Perfect for drums, guitars, upright bass and, of course, crooning voices.

I'll miss it but i need some pieces for my studio, so there are some trades that i would consider (adjusting money in some cases):
Api 550A, 550B, 560 or 525, Purple Audio 1176 or Mohog, Coles 4038 pair, Chandler TG2, Fatso Jr, Retro Instruments 2A3,Kush Clariphonic, Kush Elektra, Distressor EL8X, Overstayer Saturator.

I can offer local pickup in Spain (Galicia or Madrid) and London.

Really? I paid 1100 EUR when i bought it and it was the standard market price. Plus this is fully restored by Xaudia so i don't think it's overpriced...
