I have a nearly new ( 1 month old ) AKG 414 XLII purchased for a session. It has next to no hours on it. It comes with all the goodies including the mic, a cool case, the pop filter and the shock mount. $849. shipped in the states.
Canada too if not too expensive. I have sold a few things here and can send pics if needed.
