fostex D-90 into cakewalk

How do i connect my fostex D-90 into cakewalk so that all 8 tracks of audio are on seperate tracks in cakewalk home studio so i can edit ect?Is it possible?

I'm not sure about the D-90, but with my Fostex FD-4, I play each track seperate into my sound card, and try to get the starting points matched as close as possible, while using cakewalk pro audio 9.
