Sync FD-4 to VS-880? - Home Recording

I'm going to be recording drums shortly, and need to know if I can slave an FD-4 to a VS-880. I'll be doing this so that I can use all 4 inputs on the VS for drums, and have the FD-4 for scratch reference tracks.
