Getting the files to my CD?

I am considering the purchase of an FD-4. Question: How do I get my recordings from the FD-4 to my PC to burn a CD?

If I use a ZIP disk, can I just take that disk and copy it to my hard drive then burn to my CD-R?

If I use an internal Hard Drive, how do I get the files from the internal Hard Drive to my PC to burn the CD-R?

could it be possible to use your outs on the FD-4 to record into your computer?

A quick visit to: www.fostex.com
disclosed that the FD-4 has digital outs.
Their site seemed to be down as I couldn't squeeze the specification .pdf file out of them, but keep trying; it might be for real.
